1. About Us

Get Employed Now ("we", "us", "our") is an AI education and career enablement service operating under the brand getemployednow.ai. We provide live training sessions and workshops to help Indian professionals learn and apply AI tools in their careers.

By accessing our website or registering for any session, you ("you", "participant") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. By registering for a session, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on the organisation's behalf.

3. Sessions and Registration

Intro Sessions: We offer 4-hour introductory AI training sessions. These are designed for working professionals with no prior AI background. Pricing is indicated on the specific landing page or session invitation.

Full-Day Workshops: Following the intro session, participants may be invited to attend a full-day advanced workshop. Details, dates, and pricing for these are communicated separately.

Registration: Sessions are confirmed only upon receipt of payment (where applicable) or explicit confirmation via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions and will notify registered participants as soon as possible.

Session format: Sessions are conducted live, in-person. Venue details and timings are sent via WhatsApp or email after registration is confirmed.

4. Payments and Refunds

We want every participant to feel confident registering. Here is our refund policy:

Scenario	Policy
You are unable to attend an intro session you paid for	Full credit applied to the next available session. No cash refund.
You attended the intro session and want to upgrade to the full-day workshop within 7 days	Your intro session fee (e.g., ₹499) is credited toward the full-day workshop fee (e.g., ₹6,500). You pay only the difference.
You attended the intro session and are not satisfied	Contact us within 48 hours. We'll discuss your concern and offer a session credit or resolution at our discretion.
We cancel or reschedule a session	Full refund or free transfer to the next session — your choice.
Free intro session (no payment made)	No refund applicable. Please cancel in advance if you cannot attend.

All refund or credit requests must be submitted to hello@getemployednow.ai or via WhatsApp. Decisions on refunds outside this policy are at our sole discretion and are made case-by-case.

5. Participant Conduct

We run small-group, live sessions built on mutual respect. By attending, you agree to:

• Treat trainers and fellow participants with courtesy and professionalism
• Not disrupt, hijack, or derail sessions with unrelated content or hostile behaviour
• Not record, screenshot, or redistribute session content without our written permission
• Not share your session joining link with unregistered individuals
• Comply with the platform's terms of service (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) used for delivery

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these conduct standards without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, session content, slides, handouts, templates, and frameworks shared during Get Employed Now sessions are our intellectual property (or used by us under license). You may use what you learn for your own professional work, but you may not:

• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute our materials commercially
• Use our content to create competing training products or services
• Represent our materials as your own original creation

The Get Employed Now name, logo, and brand identity are our trademarks. You may not use them without prior written consent.

7. Session Recordings

We may record sessions for internal quality review and to create reference materials for registered participants. If a session is recorded:

• We will inform participants at the start of the session
• Recordings will not be shared publicly without participant consent
• Participants who do not wish to appear on screen may keep their camera off

If we share a recording with the session's registered participants, it is for their personal use only and must not be further distributed.

8. Third-Party AI Tools

Our training sessions involve demonstrations and hands-on use of third-party AI tools including but not limited to Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), Perplexity, DeepSeek, and Llama. Please note:

• These tools have their own terms of service and privacy policies, which participants are responsible for reviewing
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies
• We make no guarantees about the ongoing availability, accuracy, or capabilities of any third-party AI tool
• Participants use these tools at their own discretion during and after sessions

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our sessions are educational in nature. We aim to provide practical, accurate, and up-to-date training, but:

• We make no guarantee that skills learned will result in specific career outcomes, job offers, salary increases, or business results
• AI tools change rapidly — session content reflects the state of technology at the time of delivery
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of AI tools or application of session content in your work

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific session in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concern informally before pursuing legal action.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a change, please stop using our services and contact us.
