What Data We May Hold About You

What We Can Delete

Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete:

• Your contact details (name, WhatsApp number, email) from our records
• Your conversation history in our WhatsApp Business account
• Your session registration data
• Any marketing preferences or opt-in records associated with you
• Website analytics data tied to your identity (where technically possible)

What we must retain for legal compliance:

• Payment transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law (GST compliance). These records are anonymised where possible but may retain your name linked to a transaction amount and date.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

The process is simple and takes under 2 minutes:

2. We verify your identity We may send you a quick confirmation message to the contact details you provided to ensure the request is genuine. This protects you from unauthorised deletion requests.
3. We process the deletion Once verified, we delete your data from our systems and notify our relevant service providers (e.g., WhatsApp Business platform) to remove associated data where possible.
4. We send you confirmation We'll email you a confirmation that your data has been deleted, along with a note about any legally required data we must retain and why.

Response Timeline

Facebook / Meta Specific Data

If you interacted with our Facebook or Instagram ads, some data about that interaction may be held by Meta, not by us. To request deletion of data held by Meta:

• Visit your Facebook Settings → Your Facebook Information
• Use the "Download Your Information" or "Delete Account" options
• Or visit Meta's dedicated deletion request form

We do not control data held by Meta. Deleting your data from our systems does not automatically delete data Meta holds about your ad interactions.

Your Rights Under Indian Law

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), you have the right to:

• Request erasure of your personal data that we no longer need
• Withdraw consent to our processing of your data at any time
• Nominate a representative to exercise these rights on your behalf
