• Payment information processed through our payment partners when you purchase a workshop seat
• Feedback, testimonials, or survey responses you voluntarily submit

Information collected automatically:

• Browser type, device type, operating system, and screen resolution
• IP address and approximate location (city/region level)
• Pages visited on our website and time spent on each page
• Referring URL (how you arrived at our website)

4. WhatsApp Communication

Our primary communication channel is WhatsApp. When you click a WhatsApp link on our website or landing pages, you initiate a conversation with us directly through WhatsApp. By doing so:

• Your WhatsApp number and display name become visible to us
• Any messages you send us are stored in our WhatsApp Business account
• We may use your number to send session reminders, follow-up resources, and relevant updates about our training programmes

WhatsApp communications are subject to Meta's Privacy Policy in addition to ours. You can ask us to stop contacting you via WhatsApp at any time by replying "STOP" or messaging us at hello@getemployednow.ai.

5. Payments

When you pay for a workshop seat, payment is processed through third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, UPI, or other payment providers we use). We do not store your card number, UPI PIN, or full banking credentials on our servers. Our payment partners maintain their own privacy and security policies.

We retain transaction records (amount, date, reference ID, and your name) for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

6. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors interact with our pages. Specifically:

• Essential cookies: Required for the site to function correctly. These cannot be disabled.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

• Session registrations and communications: Up to 2 years from your last interaction with us
• Payment records: 7 years as required under Indian tax law
• Marketing preferences: Until you opt out or request deletion
• Website analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics default)

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.

9. Your Rights

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), and applicable international frameworks, you have the right to:

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
